Terms of Service
General Information
Purchases made on the online store coracaobobo.com are governed by Portuguese law. The purchase of any product implies full reading and acceptance of all information contained in these Terms of Service.
For the purposes of these Terms of Service:
- Coração Bobo – a brand represented by Rafaela Guerreiro Piçarra da Cunha Monteiro, tax ID (NIF) 252112423, holder of all copyright and related rights, as well as any other rights protected under the Industrial Property Code, regarding the online store coracaobobo.com and supplier of the products available for order therein;
- Customer – an individual, non-trader, who places an order through the online store coracaobobo.com.
Use of the Coração Bobo online store implies full and unconditional acceptance of all Terms of Service described herein, as well as of the Privacy Policy in force at the time of access.
If the Customer does not accept any condition, in whole or in part, they should not make purchases in the store. Accessing and using the online store implies the Customer’s commitment and responsibility to comply with these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Coração Bobo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Periodic review of this page is recommended to stay informed of any changes.
Orders
To place an order, the Customer must select the desired products and follow the checkout process to completion. After finalizing the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details. If the email is not received within a reasonable time, the Customer should check their spam folder or contact the store.
Coração Bobo reserves the right not to accept an order in the following cases:
- Product out of stock;
- Errors in the information presented (price, description, or image);
- Suspicion of fraud.
In such cases, the Customer will be informed and, if payment has already been made, the amount will be fully refunded.
Prices and Payments
Prices displayed in the store are in the currency selected by the Customer, with euros (€) as the default. Prices include VAT at the legal rate applicable in EU countries. For countries outside the EU, VAT is not applied.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout, and payment must be made at the time of order. Shipping will only be processed after payment confirmation.
In case of an obvious pricing error, Coração Bobo reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the Customer, notifying them of the situation.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. The estimated delivery time is generally between 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. However, during high-demand periods (promotions, holidays), delivery time may be longer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, reshipment will require payment of new shipping costs.

Exchanges and Returns
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Portuguese law.
To proceed with a return, the Customer must contact Coração Bobo- via the form available on the Contact us page or by email provided on the online store, stating:
- Order number;
- Name used in the order;
- Reason for return.
Returned products must:
- Be in perfect condition (not used, washed, or damaged);
- Include all original tags and packaging.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or via bank transfer, within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and, if free shipping was offered at the time of purchase, the equivalent standard shipping cost will be deducted. Payment method fees will also be deducted from the refund amount.
Costs associated with sending or returning products, as well as reshipping new products, are the Customer’s responsibility. For the first exchange of national (Portugal) orders and for non-discounted products, reshipping costs will be covered by Coração Bobo.
Returns of customized or made-to-order products are not accepted.

Products and Content
Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight color variations may occur depending on the device used.
All content (texts, images, graphics) is the property of the Coração Bobo brand and protected by law. The brand reserves the right to modify the content and presentation of the online store at any time.
Warranty and Complaints
The store guarantees that its products and services comply with their intended purpose. Proper use and compliance with the instructions provided on the online store are essential to achieving those purposes.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the Customer must contact the store providing:
- Order number;
- Description of the problem;
- Photographs of the defect.
Coração Bobo may offer repair, replacement, or refund, depending on case evaluation.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data collected are treated confidentially and used solely for order management, delivery, and communication purposes.
Processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Changes to the Terms of Service
The store may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions take effect immediately upon publication in the online store.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may refer the matter to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity (ADR).
