Payment Policy

Payment Methods

Coração Bobo offers the following payment options:

  • Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard / Maestro / American Express): payment requires entering valid card details. The total amount will be charged automatically. If the information is invalid, the purchase cannot be completed;
  • PayPal: you can use your PayPal account to complete your purchase. If you don’t have one, you can create an account at www.paypal.com;
  • Klarna: it offers flexible credit payment options: pay in full, in 3 installments, or within 30 days. Availability may vary depending on your country and Klarna’s eligibility criteria;
  • ATM Reference (Portugal only): a reference will be generated for payment via ATM or home banking. No need to send proof of payment, detection is automatic;
  • MB Way (Portugal only): enter your mobile number and confirm the payment in the MB Way app. No need to send proof, detection is automatic;
  • Bank Deposit: transfer the total amount to the bank account shown at checkout. After payment, please send proof and your order reference to: shop@coracaobobo.com.

Transaction Fees

In case of returns, transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount according to the table provided on the "Exchanges and Returns" page. 

Fraud Detection and Prevention

If an order is flagged by the website’s security systems as incorrect, irregular, or potentially fraudulent, Coração Bobo reserves the right to cancel it automatically, without prior notice. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded, minus applicable transaction fees, if any.
