Coração Bobo Shop has the following methods of payment:

PAYPAL / EASYPAY / ATM REFERENCE / MB WAY / BANK TRANSFER

* Paypal - You can use your Paypal account to buy at Coração Bobo Shop. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can create one at www.paypal.com. In case of return, the associated transaction commissions will be charged: 2.90% + €0.35 for Portugal and variable commission according to the "Paypal table" + €0.35 for other countries.

** Hipay (Visa / Mastercard / Maestro) - The payment requires the input of your data and implies the use of a valid credit card. If the information entered is not valid, it will not be possible to complete your purchase. The total amount will be automatically charged. In case of return, the associated transaction fees will be charged: 1.60% + €0.25 for France and 2.50% + €0.25 for other countries.

*** Easypay (Visa / Mastercard / Maestro) - The payment requires the input of your data and implies the use of a valid credit card. If the information entered is not valid, it will not be possible to complete your purchase. The total amount will be automatically charged. In case of return, the associated transaction fees will be charged: 1.50% + €0.25 for Europe and 3.50% + €0.25 for other countries.

**** ATM Reference - This option generates a reference for payment in the ATM of your Homebanking and is only available for portuguese costumers. The consumer does not need to send proof of payment because its detection will be automatic.

***** MB Way - When selecting MB Way payment method, you will have to enter your mobile number and confirm the payment in the MB Way's app. The customer does not need to send proof of payment, as payment detection will be automatic.

****** Bank Transfer - By selecting this method of payment you will receive an e-mail with the recipient details. After completing the transaction you must send us a valid payment proof and the identification of your order (reference) to shop@coracaobobo.com.

 

Shipping conditions

 

All products purchased at the Coração Bobo online shop will be shipped according to the carrier selected at checkout. In order to guarantee a good quality service, all contracted shipments include insurance in case of loss and are associated to a tracking code through which you can check the order's route. As soon as your order is shipped, we send the tracking code to the email address with which you placed the order. If not found, please confirm if the email is not in the SPAM box. 

You can insert the order tracking code and check the status of the order in the service provided by the company: tracking Batch and CTT tracking FEDEX / tracking DHL

In case you choose CTT postal service - registered mail, shipping charges are free to all orders over 50€ for Portugal and 100€ for the rest of the world. In other cases, the costs are in charge of the customer and will be automatically added to the total value of the product (s).

For orders shipped to the United States via CTT postal service - international registered mail, please note that tracking on the USPS website may be limited. This means not all delivery steps will be available for online tracking. Therefore, we recommend:

  • Regularly checking your mailbox, as the postal service may leave a delivery notice if no one is available to receive the package;
  • If you do not find the package or a delivery notice, we suggest visiting your local post office or USPS branch to inquire further. Often, the package is available for collection there.

The shipping time is the period indicated by the partner carrier for delivering orders to the main destinations. It does not include the customs clearance time. In the eventual case of delay, Coração Bobo is not responsible, as it is a service provided by an external company.

Shipping costs will always be communicated to the consumer at the time of purchase of the product(s) before completing the purchase process, so the easiest way to be sure of the cost and shipping time is to simulate a purchase. If the customer places an incorrect/incomplete shipping address or do not pick up/claim the order within the period stipulated by the carrier, the costs of the new delivery will be paid by the customer. 

For orders outside the European Union, we recommend consulting the customs policy of the delivery country. The possible retention of the order will depend exclusively on the customs services.
