ADVANTAGES OF OUR TAN-THROUGH FABRIC
Our tan-through fabric was scientifically developed to increase the passage of the sun's rays and to get rid of strong tan lines. It has an Ultra-Violet Protection Factor (UPF) of 7.
The mesh of our tan-through fabric adds lightness and freedom of movement, thanks to the unique characteristics of the yarn. It is like a second skin, you will barely feel it.
In addition to the sun's rays transmission, our tan-through fabric also increases the air flow. Your skin can now breathe freely, triggering a feeling of freshness and well-being.
Due to the porosity of our tan-through fabric, water retention is significantly reduced, allowing an extremely quick drying. You no longer have to wait hours to your swimwear to dry.
The textile pattern is exclusive and hand-drawn by local artists. The garment is ethically manufactured by specialized women, in Portugal (Europe), to ensure the best quality.

In addition to the precautions indicated on the item's label, we would like to point out that the following actions can also contribute to accelerating wear:
- frequent use in swimming pools;
- washing the item with abrasive detergents and/or softeners (e.g. Soflan);
- soaking items in detergent.
Note: our micro-perforated fabric is made up of small holes that make the material more breathable and lighter, allowing for greater ventilation. However, these small holes can also cause the fabric to wear out more quickly, as it is more susceptible to the weakening of the fibers compared to a solid fabric like regular lycra, making it more delicate. On the other hand, the fact that the garments have no lining, so as to allow the sun's rays to pass through, means that they rely solely on the outer layer to offer support and resistance. This can make it more susceptible to wear and tear and direct exposure to external agents such as the sun, seawater or constant friction. The durability of the fabric is directly related to its structure and design, which prioritize characteristics such as ventilation, comfort and tanning. These qualities offer a greater feeling of freshness and well-being, making it ideal for hot environments. It also allows the sun's rays to pass through, making it perfect for those looking for a more even tan. It is therefore extremely important to follow the recommended washing care to ensure the longevity of the fabric and preserve its characteristics for longer.
