Coração Bobo Shop accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. The costs associated with shipping the returned or exchanged product, as well as the reshipment of the new product, are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Only products that are in perfect condition, have not been used neither washed, packed in their original condition, with the respective product label and hygienic protection sticker, may be exchanged/returned. Coração Bobo reserves the right to deny the exchange/return of a product if it does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Coração Bobo is not responsible for the misuse of its products, nor for its incorrect washing. We always advise to consult the WASHING INSTRUCTIONS page.

The acceptance of an exchange will depend on the available stock.

We do not accept returns of products that have been bought in promotion.

how to make a return

1st - FILL IN THE ONLINE FORM

Go to our website footer and click on the 'Contact Us' tab. Then select the 'Client Support' theme and send a message with the following information: 1) order reference 2) full name 3) reasons why you want to return the product. You will receive an e-mail confirming your return.

2nd - SUBMIT YOUR RETURN

Please send us your article. When sending your return you can use the original packaging where you received the order, if is not damaged, or, if you prefer, a new packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

3rd – CONFIRMATION OF RETURN

Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund and notify you by e-mail.

how to make an exchange

1st - FILL IN THE ONLINE FORM

Go to our website footer and click on the 'Client Support' tab. Then select the 'Customer Support' theme and send a message with the following information: 1) order reference, 2) full name and shipping address 3) model and size of the new product. You will receive an email confirming your exchange depending on stock verification. If the desired product is available, it will be reserved for 4 working days from the day of the email with the confirmation.

2nd - SUBMIT YOUR RETURN

Please send us your article. When sending your exchange you can use the original packaging where you received the order, if is not damaged, or, if you prefer, a new packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice. In order to accelerate the exchange process, we suggest that you send us another envelope with your shipping address written inside your return box.

3rd – SHIPPING of NEW PRODUCT

Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will sent the new article to the same address within 1-2 business days and notify you by e-mail.
